Excellent video! We are in the Sierra at Lake Tahoe, where the mountains are gorgeous, but sketchy, slow internet service in rural communities--like many places on earth--prevents business and cultural evolution. We look forward to Viasat's progress.

I understand the way business work, My internet was off because of none payment,but when i paid it took 24hrs for reconnection, i have other internet services but never had to wait 24hrs for reconnection.What can Viasat do to improve this service because we all go through hard ships and it would help lot if this ever happen again, that i want have to wait 24hrs.
